Cacao Ceremony ~ Community ~ Mindfulness ~ Meditation ~ Healing
THEME: Living with an Open Heart w/ Cacao Ceremony
When: Saturday 30th January @ 9am - 10.15am
Location: City Beach, Perth, Western Australia / secret meeting spot will be sent after booking, prior to the event.
About the event:
Stretch + Unwind - we will start the session with some gentle intuitive stretches to help you unwind, connect to your body and breath as well as giving your body some nourishment. *No fitness level required.
Cacao Ceremony - we will have a cacao ceremony using this sacred plant medicine, as a heart opening elixir, allowing you to feel deeper into the meditations.
Meditations - I will be guiding you through 2 different meditation practices (~15-20 mins each) including a Mindful meditation + Self-Enquiry meditation. *No meditation experience is necessary.
Connect / Chats - I will discuss teachings + practices on Living with an Open Heart, with the opportunity to chat to other members of the group - practicing stepping into a place to share from the heart (with my guidance).
There is a strong intention for these events to create a Healing Community + to learn some new practices to integrate into your life.
We will utilise the ever present form of beauty, the Ocean, as a healing modality, as an anchor to bring deep presence, connection and intention.
The ocean has always played a big part in my healing journey and I am honored to host these events to guide others into their hearts, at the beach.

Swimming in the ocean is NOT part of this event, but feel free to bring bathers/board shorts, towel if you wish to have a dip in the ocean before or after the event
Things to note:
An injury waiver form is required to sign prior to the event at the time of booking.
If the event has to be cancelled/rescheduled due to bad weather, there will be the option of a full refund or money paid to be held for my next event.
CACAO - Cacao is a sacred plant medicine that has been used in Latin American cultures for thousands of years. When used in ceremony (with ceremonial grade Cacao) it is a powerful aid to open the heart, relax the nervous system and with intention, invite the Spirit of Cacao in to guide us. I have been using Cacao for personal and group ceremonies for years and I love experiencing the benefits of this beautiful medicine :) ** Please advise if you have an intolerance / allergies to Cacao / chocolate.
