Mindful Sunset Beach Sesh

Community ~ Mindfulness ~ Meditation ~ Movement ~ Healing

When: Friday 27th November @ 5.30pm - 7pm

Location: City Beach (within 5km radius), Perth, Western Australia / exact location will be sent to confirmed attendees prior to the event.

About the event: End the working week with intention, grace and integration of new beginnings. We will utilise the ever present form of beauty, the Ocean, as a healing modality, as an anchor to bring deep presence, connection and intention.

These events are an opportunity to connect to self, with others and heal by releasing any emotional baggage.

** I invite you all to bring an intention of what is not serving you at the moment and are ready to let go of.

I will be guiding you through 2 different meditation practices (~15 mins each) including a Mindful meditation as well as other healing practices. No meditation experience is necessary.

Movement - I will guide you through some gentle full body movement practices (~10 mins) to help you unwind, connect to your body and breath as well as giving your body some nourishing stretches. *No fitness level required - you will move however your body feels comfortable.

The ocean has always played a big part in my healing journey and I am honored to host these events to guide others into their hearts, at the beach.

Price:

$28 each

$52 for 2 x tickets (bring a friend deal)

What to bring:

  • Jacket/hoodies, layers, blanket - whatever you need to ensure you stay comfortably WARM as the temp drops around sunset

  • Towel to sit on

  • Wear comfortable clothes for movement and sitting

  • An open attitude

  • An intention of healing and release - have something (big or small) that you want to let go of, whatever is no longer serving you in your life

  • Your beautiful, divine self :)

Optional:

  • A warm tea in a thermos cup might be nice to sip on throughout

  • Swimming in the ocean is NOT part of this event, but feel free to bring bathers/board shorts, towel if you wish to have a dip in the ocean before or after the event

  • Insect repellent

Things to note:

  • I am not a qualified fitness or yoga instructor (yet!), the movements will be simple, non-strenuous and based on my 8 years of practicing yoga. If you have any injuries, please advise me and feel free to opt out on any movement you don't feel comfortable with.

  • An injury waiver form is required to sign prior to the event at the time of booking.

  • If the event has to be cancelled/rescheduled due to bad weather, there will be the option of a full refund or money paid to be held for my next event.
